The sneakiest way your goals get stolen…
Redefined Yoga | JAN 12
Have you ever felt “motivated”… but still stuck?
Like you’re doing all the right things:
Reading. Researching. Watching videos. Saving posts. Thinking about your plan…
And somehow…
nothing actually changes.
That’s not laziness.
That’s paralysis through analysis.
And it’s one of the most common traps I see in people who genuinely want to feel better in their body.
Because the truth is… when you’ve dealt with pain (or fear of pain), you start treating every decision like it could be the wrong one.
“What if I make it worse?”
“What if I do the wrong exercise?”
“What if yoga isn’t safe for me?”
Conventional yoga made my back worse. That’s not a dramatic marketing line… it’s literally why I built Functional Yoga Instruction in the first place.
I had to learn the hard way that doing “more” isn’t the answer…
Doing the RIGHT thing is.
And here’s the part most people miss:
Confidence doesn’t come from thinking.
Proof that your body can move without punishment.
Proof that strength can be built safely.
Proof that stability creates freedom.
I’ve seen this play out with hundreds of people who were scared to start…
And then two weeks later they’re standing taller, walking better, sleeping better…
Not because they found the perfect plan.
But because they committed to simple, safe steps… and let the results speak.
We stop hunting for certainty.
We start stacking wins.
One session.
One rep.
One tiny “I did it” moment…
Because that’s what we do here.
We don’t overthink our way into a better life…
We train our way into it.
If you’ve been stuck in analysis mode, let this be your sign:
Do it today.
And let’s build momentum.
Let’s rally the troops.
We’re not stopping now.
