Yoga Nidra w/Karen

Yoga Nidra, or "yoga sleep," is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. Through a powerful, step-by-step guided meditation, you will experience deep relaxation and meditation. Karen will personally guide you through body awareness, breath awareness, emotional awareness, and visualization as you are relaxed and lying down. Each step is intended to take you deeper into an altered state of consciousness—the state between asleep and awake—where you’re fully conscious, but your body and mind are fully at rest and ease.
