Through a powerful, step-by-step guided meditation, you will experience deep relaxation and meditation. Karen will personally guide you through body awareness, breath awareness, emotional awareness, and visualization as you are relaxed and lying down. Each step is intended to take you deeper into an altered state of consciousness—the state between asleep and awake—where you’re fully conscious, but your body and mind are fully at rest and ease.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice with an emphasis on slowing down and opening your body through deep, passive stretching. You'll hardly move at all because you'll be supported by pillows and blankets allowing them to do all the work for you. It's a completely different experience from a conventional yoga class.
